How to Become A Member?
It’s simple – sign up for your shipment of Valli wines, and they will arrive at your door at your desired frequency.
You can login to your account to make any changes, such as your wine selection or your delivery frequency.
Loyalty Club members require a minimum order of 12 bottles per release.
Choose between annual delivery, quarterly delivery, or monthly delivery to best suit your needs. Joining now will ensure that you always have access to our wines, including early access to new wine releases, and first pick of limited releases. Additionally, when you subscribe to your choice of 12 or more bottles, you will receive 10% off all wines, all the time.

How do I change my wine delivery?
Log into your Loyalty Club account. Go to Manage Deliveries, located above your order history, then click
on Change Your Order. Here, you can click on Add to Delivery to select new wines, click the rubbish icon to remove any wines, or click Swap Product to change to a different wine. You can also skip your next order and change your delivery frequency.
How do I update my address?
Log into your Loyalty Club account. Go to Manage Deliveries, located above your order history, then click on Change Your Order. Here, go to Product Shipping Info and click on Edit, then enter your shipping address and click Save.
How do I update my payment details?
Log into your Loyalty Club account. Go to Manage Deliveries, located above your order history, then click on Change Your Order. Here, go to Payment Info, click on Edit, and then click on Send Email. This will send you a secure link to your email address, where you can then enter in your payment details.
Can I cancel my Loyalty Club membership?
You can cancel at any time once you have reached the minimum membership requirement of 12 bottles per annum. To do so, log into your account and go to Manage Deliveries, located above your order history. Here you will be able to click on Cancel Membership. When you cancel your Loyalty Club membership, you will no longer receive deliveries and your 10% discount will cease.
Can I pause my membership?
Absolutely. We understand that sometimes you’re not able to receive a shipment – whether you’re going on an extended holiday, undergoing renovations, or for any other reason. If you would like to pause your Loyalty Club membership, you can do so by going to Change Your Order and clicking on Pause Deliveries. This will stop your automatic deliveries as well as your automatic discount until you reactivate your membership.
