How do I log in to my account?
When you placed your initial order, you will have received an email with a link to activate your account and set up your login details. If you did not receive this email or cannot locate your login details, drop Hollis an email on hollis@valliwine.com and she'll be happy to help.
How do I make changes to the wines in my delivery?
Log in to your Loyalty Club account. Look above your order history, then click Manage Deliveries > Change Your Order. Here, you can click on Add to Delivery to select new wines, click the rubbish icon to remove any wines, or click Swap Product to change to a different wine. You can also skip your next order and change your delivery frequency.
How do I update my address?
Log into your Loyalty Club account. Look above your order history, then click Manage Deliveries > Change Your Order > Product Shipping Info > Edit. Enter your shipping address and click Save.
How do I update my payment details?
Log into your Loyalty Club account. Look above your order history, then click Manage Deliveries > Change Your Order > Payment Info > Edit > Send Email. This will send a secure link to your email address to update your payment details.
Can I cancel my Loyalty Club membership?
You can cancel at any time once you have reached the minimum membership requirement of 12 bottles per annum. Log into your Loyalty Club account. Look above your order history, then click Manage Deliveries > Cancel Membership. When you cancel your Loyalty Club membership, you will no longer receive deliveries and your 10% discount will cease.
Can I pause my membership?
Absolutely. Whether you’re taking an extended holiday, undergoing renovations, or for another reason, we understand that sometimes you’re not able to receive a shipment. To do so, log into your Loyalty Club account. Look above your order history, then click Manage Deliveries > Change Your Order > Pause Deliveries. This will stop your automatic deliveries as well as your automatic discount until you reactivate your membership.
