“A delightful nose of honeysuckle, crystallised ginger, marmalade, apricot, lime, and cardamom. The palate displays an abundance of florals, citrus, and dried apricot with NZ bush honey and sweetness that harmoniously envelopes the acidity. The texture is rich and viscous with a seamless flow that finishes with a pleasant warming sensation despite the modest alcohol. A rare “noble” wine with botrytis that we see only once a decade or so (if we are lucky). A magic reflection of the unique 2023 growing season.
